Hot chocolate with Red Velvet cake for afternoon tea on a cosy weekday with a nice chill crowd. ☕️ Thick chocolately taste is an instant mood booster, cheerful to the heart. Available in hot and cold options. 😊 Delightful pearly icing cake with salted buttery taste, laced on the side with white snowy chocolate. 3-layers tier sweet red sponge cake, moist, soft, firm-textured with ivory salted buttery spread in-between the layers creating visually interesting constrasting colours, appetising to the eyes and aesthetically appealing to diners. 🍰 Thank you Jason for helping to carry the hot chocolate to the dining table admist the nice afternoon tea crowd. The friendly service is appreciated and thoughtful. 🙏🏻 👍🏻 Mocca / Chocolate specials @ 2 bucks. 👍🏻 Fresh bakery & beverage pair promo deal.

Tried the Marks & Spencer Café after looking forward to it for days and ended up spending the whole day working out of there today. Ran through breakfast, lunch, dessert, and wine (total: S$64.14). Shoutout to Yao Yang and Fafa. They were warm, patient, and genuinely lovely throughout. Now, the food: • Red Velvet Cake (0/5): Easily the worst I’ve had. Overly sweet, chalky texture completely ruined it. • Iced Lemon Tea (4/5): Asked for it unsweetened and it was done perfectly. Super refreshing. • Iced Chocolate (2/5): Got it with oat milk but it was disappointingly runny. Missed the mark. • Halloumi Cheese Salad (3/5): Tasty, but for $13.50, three tiny cubes of halloumi felt stingy. The cherry tomatoes were easily the best I’ve had in SG. Plump, juicy, and naturally sweet. • Jacket Potato with Cheddar & Red Leicester (3/5): Comforting, but could really use some seasoning. • White Wine (Happy Hour): Fresh, crisp, and easily the best part of the experience. Great service carried the experience, but the food was mostly a let down.

I placed an order here and waited an extremely long time for my food. My friend had already left, yet my meal still hadn’t arrived. Then a staff rudely told me to leave, claiming I only ordered a take‑away coffee. I told them I definitely ordered food, it just hadn’t been served.

Located at the entrance to Wheelock Place off Angullia Pk and the M&S store is the M&S Cafe. This has indoor tables/chairs as well as a couple outdoors with a parasol. There is a reasonable range of dishes including mains, sandwiches, cakes, pastries as well as tea and coffee or soft drinks. Perfect for after shopping and before returning home.

Food was really below average - dry and lacking taste. Got the fish & chips and cod fish fish cake, on top on a croissant. If the ingredients came from frozen M&S Food, I'm definitely not buying them. While the croissant tasted decent, it is still not enough to cover the disappointment on the main dishes. Service was however good and prompt. Restaurant is spacious and a good place to chit chat.
