Long queue, overworked staff and if they get your order wrong, it is a take it or leave it attitude.

Buying Liho nowadays is like betting. If you’re lucky enough, your milk tea will taste perfect with full flavoured tea. Otherwise, do not be surprised that you’ll be paying for plain water with ice. Always been a big Liho fan since it took over the old Gongcha but it’s sad to say that they don’t bother about the quality of their drinks anymore.

Wife is big LiHO fan. Been buying across Singapore over the last 6 months but this outlet has on 3 occasions provided very poor service. Perhaps they are understaffed, but today the cashier was just absolutely rude. No greeting, no thanks, on top of that just poor attitude 😞

Not once but twice. attitude problem cashier. she should have done better than this. but understandable because it is a same routine process and facing stressful customers. personally considered a sound-good brand so excused the first discriminatory service. but twice was doom. repitation of the trademark could have been drawn because of an immature employee. R&B is worth a spend both money and satisfaction.

on a monday afternoon, wanted a cup of member $1.90 classic pearl milk tea, to my shocking, the staff said “no more milk tea”. Can you believe it? speechless. But it’s okay, thanks to this, i got to drink my fav koi ceylon milk tea. thank you Koi, never disappoints
