Although this KOI outlet enjoys a superb location, I usually only visit when I’m shopping at Takashimaya. The menu is consistent with other KOI outlets, but the service here tends to be more efficient and pleasant. I was delighted to find out that their Orh-Nee Milk Tea has made a return due to overwhelming demand. It still retains the same rich goodness — loaded with fragrant yam paste and chewy mini taro balls. A comforting treat that’s definitely worth coming back for!

Love this outlet for Koi bbt takeout, simply because their service is fast and I can do self packing in whichever manner I like. Currently they are having their seasonal drink - guava flavoured on the menu, it's refreshing and thirst quenching. I brought a koi mystery box for fun too! It's only $6.50 per box with purchase of 1 drink. Go try your luck now :) My all time fav drink here is Grass Jelly Milk Tea!

Utterly rude customer service staff with pony tail and half shaved head. I waited in line to receive my Grab order and was ignored! She literally put her hand up at me and turned to the next customer in line to serve her. She had no choice but to attend to me when the other customer highlighted that I was next in line. If you are not happy about serving grab customers, then you should just feedback to your company! No need for attitude!

Located along the cafe and food stretch of B2 Takashimaya, this Koi allows you to use your member card for points and redemption of birthday treats, even without a self checkout counter 👍🏻

The worker said that I would need a Koi card in order to redeem a voucher on the app, but when i tried to purchase at another outlet the Koi card wasn’t needed to redeem the voucher
