Visited this outlet recently and was very disappointed. Only the tonkotsu option was available, as the other ramen choices were sold out. The broth was lukewarm and tasted overly sweet and heavy, lacking balance. The wood ear mushrooms and egg were noticeably cold, as if taken straight from the refrigerator, which further disrupted the overall experience. To make matters worse, the serving bowl was chipped. Basic quality control — from temperature to presentation — should not be overlooked, especially in a central location like ION Orchard. I remember having a better experience here in the past, which made this visit even more disappointing. I hope the restaurant can pay closer attention to consistency and standards moving forward.

Revisited on a weekday night, ordered black garlic ramen and truffle broth ramen. Chashu wasn’t as soft as the first time but the soup and ramen were good. Doesn’t seem to have any new sided dishes, so cannot comment on that. First time trying the food here. The soup ramen were good but what was really exceptional was the truffle ' upgrade'. It really lifted the taste of the food, such as the soup and the edamame. The Nagoya-style fried chicken wings were really scrumptious. Service was prompt and polite though it can get crowded during meal times on the weekends.

I had never give a one star review but I felt like I had to give it this time. considering the price, the food was terrible especially for a ramen restaurant at orchard. I’ve tried here many years ago and already had a bad impression in my first visit, I decided to visit again today hoping the standards will improve but it still remained inferior. the tonkotsu ramen was tasteless and not creamy at all, I barely taste the tonkotsu flavour. the black garlic ramen had a very strong smell but it was super bitter to taste and it was so bad that both ramen I couldn’t even finish it. the meat was generous but it gave like a mushy texture with lots of fats. maybe their signature is dry ramen but personally I haven’t tried it, however their soup ramen is a big no no!!

Visited on a Saturday night (after 8pm) and it was not that crowded. Easy to order through the QR code. Black garlic ramen had a strong flavour and portion was good. Love the truffle dry ramen.

I tried the truffle dry ramen many years ago and to be honest I can't remember the taste. This time I'm going for the black garlic ramen and it was alright. The black garlic didn't really add much complexity to the taste but the portion was okay for the price and the noodle texture was just as I ordered (hard).
