Celebrated a birthday here and what stood out most was the service. Despite the busy lunch crowd, the staff remained warm, genuine, and attentive throughout the meal. The restaurant itself is classy, with a beautiful exterior and elegant warm-toned decor. However, the tables were packed rather closely together, and felt a little small for the restaurant’s generous portions. Food portions were generous and flavours were bold. While enjoyable overall, some dishes felt slightly dated in terms of cooking techniques and flavour pairings compared to newer establishments. The pacing of dishes was also inconsistent. This made the meal feel somewhat rushed. The whole situation could have been improved from a simple table change, as there were more than enough empty tables to accommodate this arrangement. Overall, it was a positive dining experience and a classy spot for celebrations.

Thank you server Ivy who suggested we try Peking Duck fried rice, 2nd way from the Peking Duck we ordered in advance. A must try. 2025 Michelin Guide recognized for their Peking Duck table side carving. Also try their steamed fish in superior soy sauce, light yet flavorful. The pork collar are so soft and tender. We also ordered chicken feet from the dimsum menu.

Landed in Singapore and went straight into a feast at Imperial Treasure in Paragon on Orchard Road — a proper introduction to what Michelin-recognised Chinese cuisine is all about. The highlight, without question, was the Peking duck, pre-ordered like seasoned pros. The crispy skin was served first and dipped in sugar, which sounds unexpected but delivers an incredible contrast of sweet and savoury. Then came the tableside carving, wrapped Beijing-style in soft pancakes — rich, balanced, and absolutely faultless. We also shared duck san choy bao (火鴨絲生菜包), which was fresh, savoury, and satisfying in every bite, along with truffle egg white with prawns — light, fragrant, and elegantly done. The soups were equally memorable: a nourishing melon seafood soup and a bold hot and sour Szechuan soup, offering both comfort and a gentle kick of spice. A side of fresh greens kept everything nicely balanced. To finish, mango sago and pudding rounded off the meal on a sweet, refreshing note. But honestly, the duck stole the entire show — a standout dish in an already impressive spread.

Had a family dinner here. The Peking duck maintained their usual standard, and the duck meat wrapped with lettuce was very nice. The 莴笋 dish was surprisingly good as well. The rest of the dishes were not bad overall, making it a satisfying meal for the family.

The Peking duck was excellent as usual - crispy skin, flavourful meat and very well executed. The dim sum dishes especially steamed glutinous rice in lotus leaf were delicious and lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. When we were brought to our table, it wasn’t fully ready yet. During the meal, the Peking duck was served separately as breast and thigh meat, but halfway through eating, a staff member combined the two plates without asking us first, which we felt odd and unnecessary. In addition, no one offered to change our plates throughout the meal, which was surprising for a restaurant of this calibre. Overall, the dining experience did not feel consistent with the reputation of the restaurant.
