A pleasant dining experience. The physical menus were in good condition, not torn and tattered. The food quality was also great, each dish was well cooked and plated. Service was also prompt! Their Jadelite membership is quite confusing…. Highly recommended, thumbs up! Will be back.

Came with friends for dim sum high tea; booked in advance so seating was not an issue. Ordered a variety of dim sum for 7 paxs. Food came promptly - hot and delectable. Service staff were friendly, attentive and responsive. Bill came to about $230+ (after an attractive 35% promotion) Happy Belly 🤪…

Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen at Takashimaya really satisfied my Hong Kong food cravings. Out of the Hong Kong-style restaurants I’ve tried in Singapore, this is one of the closest to the authentic taste. The noodles are noticeably firmer and springier, much more like what you’d get in Hong Kong compared to the softer local style. The flavors felt familiar and comforting, and the overall experience was very satisfying. Definitely a place I’d come back to again whenever I’m missing Hong Kong food.

Always have a good experience at this branch for the dim sum and the roasted duck. Came here to celebrate mother day and after 2 years, I came back here and the food had not failed my expectation. There are some new editions; guess is due to mother's day. The atmosphere and place seems different, guess there was a revamp done. Everyone should visit here for the dim sum and the duck. From my perspective, taste and the quality is good 😎

3.6/5 Updated for CNY 2026 - pictures added, I enjoyed the fresh, tasty and big prawns this year as well as the colourful yusheng. The vegetables in the pig trotters dish were delicous together with the gravy. The fish was a little over steamed, the roasted chicken was presented in a mess of rice crispies ,but the taste was alright. The pencai came with a bunch of inexpensive ingredients, though I really enjoyed the braised vegetables in the pot. The soup was alright and the ee-fu noodles tasted disappointing. Been eating at this restaurant for several years and at least 30 plus times over the decades. They used to be at the area near the Taka exhibition hall but they moved inwards some years ago. Usually they are rather consistent when it comes to their food and dishes but when I had my meals during CNY, it was rather average tasting. On one occasion when they had a Boston lobster promo, they served us lobster than was stale and fishy and that shouldn’t have happened for such a large restaurant chain. Dishes that I enjoy would be their shrimp roe noodles with prawn paste, steamed fish, roasted chicken, eefu noodles and dim sum. I seriously hope they have a more consistent standard across my visits.
