This is for the Somerset 313 branch. I went there a month ago and 0 staff opened the store. Now I went down and there is this sign. I have been waiting 20 min and no one showed up. Your business is so unprofessional and I saw you lose 10 customers in that time. I will never be coming back

The drink did not even blend properly. Huge ice and fruit can still be see. Dont believe he cant see when serving the drink. Still serve it like nothing wrong. Disappointed. And is too overly sweet. Since the peach did not blend it taste like those can peaches. Will not recommend their peach drink.

Special mention to Eriqa (hope I’ve got the spelling right) for her seamless service and genuinely warm interactions. -Soraya

I visited Boost Juice Ion Orchard around 6pm + 5 march 2026 and ordered a Vegetables Juice and Protein Supreme. I would like to compliment the two young ladies working at the counter. Both welcomed me with such warm smiles and provided excellent service. I believe they were fasting during Ramadan, yet they were still very cheerful, vibrant and respectful. One was wearing a tudung and the other with free hair, but both were very well-mannered and professional. They truly represent Boost Juice with great attitude and kindness. The company is lucky to have staff like them. Thank you for making my evening so pleasant on my birthday 😍!

I frequent Boost at many other locations. Unfortunately this location is too busy and quality is compromised. Orders are made in a hurry, watered down, not mixed well, ingredients aren’t frozen enough, orders are mixed up, staff is throwing equipment around, etc. I ended up waiting 25 minutes due to a mix up. Not recommended if the store is busy.
