This dish was an absolute standout. The pan-seared scallops were beautifully caramelized on the outside while remaining tender and buttery inside, perfectly cooked. They sat on a silky smooth sweet pumpkin purée that added a gentle sweetness, balancing the natural richness of the scallops. What really elevated the plate was the attention to texture and detail: the crisp tuile added a delicate crunch, while the hint of spice from the garnish gave the dish a subtle kick without overpowering it. The presentation was elegant and refined, making it as visually appealing as it was delicious. A well-composed dish that feels both comforting and sophisticated, definitely something I’d order again.

I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Saturday. The interior is spacious and well-maintained, offering a very clean environment. It was not as crowded as expected for a weekend, which allowed for a relaxed meal. The staff provided standard service. However, the food was mixed. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen; while the soup was flavorful and delicious, the noodles were disappointing in texture and the portion size was quite small. Better noodles would significantly improve this dish. The Chicken Nanban was average. Overall, while the facility is pleasant, the prices felt high relative to the actual quality of the food.

Great food & service. We ordered the truffle wagyu rice, as well as a sashimi platter. It was great! We were also served by an elderly lady Rita, who was fantastic at what she does. Hope she gets some recognition!

Without question, one of the best butadon I ever had. It had smoky flavour, so tender and well seasoned. The onsen egg will make your rice more flavorfull.

Somehow I still find the food at the outlet at Shaw Plaza better. I was probably seated too close to the kitchen , I could hear every single conversation they had, loudly in Cantonese. I should have asked for a table farther away to have a quieter lunch.
