Had lunch at Swensen's and was pleasantly surprised by the value of their lunch specials. I ordered a lunch set with a top-up for an additional side and soup, which made for a very satisfying meal at a reasonable price. The lunch promotion offers good variety and is a great option if you're looking for a filling meal without spending too much. The portion sizes were decent, and the added side and soup made the set feel even more worthwhile. Service was prompt and the dining environment was comfortable for a casual meal. Overall, a good-value lunch option with attractive set meal deals. Worth considering if you're looking for an affordable and satisfying dining experience.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Swensen’s in Plaza Singapura. The Baked Fish was absolutely great, and swapping the side for mashed potato is a good choice. It was delicious and very satisfying. What made the visit even better was the exceptional service; a special thanks to Ailen for being so attentive and making my meal truly enjoyable. I really liked everything about the experience and will definitely be back.

Service was very prompt. My two friends and I all enjoyed our meals and I love the free water. When I accidentally dropped my water bottle, one of your staff passed it to me.

Food was good. Armosphere was good as well. However service could be nore prompt and better as we had to remind the staff to top up the warm water twice and they still forgot. However, staff was friendly. I would recommend this outlet to families as its a kids friendly outlet as well.

I have been a loyal Swensen’s member and customer for more than 20 years, regularly bringing my family and friends here for meals and gatherings, and ordering takeaway and delivery. I have always had good experiences with Swensen’s, which is why my experience at the Plantation Plaza outlet today was particularly disappointing. I arrived with my elderly mother and waited patiently at the designated area to be seated. While we were waiting, another family walked past us and was initially going to be seated before us. I had to clarify that my mother and I had already been waiting. The waiter apologised and seated us, and I reassured him that I understood it was not his fault. After we ordered my mother’s dinner, a waitress even placed the bill on our table, so we naturally assumed that the order had been properly recorded. We then waited close to 30 minutes while several tables and larger groups who arrived and ordered after us were served their meals. When I eventually approached the manager to ask about our food, I was told that she did not know about our order. I was not asking for preferential treatment because my mother is elderly — only the normal level of service where an order is properly recorded and served within a reasonable time. After more than two decades of being a happy Swensen’s customer, I am very disappointed that this outlet did not reflect the service standards I have long associated with Swensen’s. I sincerely hope the management reviews the service and order-management procedures at the Plantation Plaza branch.
