Fresh Rice Vermicelli with Grilled Pork, Vermicelli with Grilled Minced Meatballs, Egg Milk Coffee, Earl Grey Milk Tea . Awesome grilled pork and meatballs which well seasoned and comes with flavorful yet balanced sauce/soup perfecting it. Grilled pork comes with a nice crispy yet tasteful veggie spring rolls! Love the egg milk coffee which strong and not too sweet. Too bad the earl grey more to sweet side and less tea taste. . #sgfoodies #sgfood #paperrice #buncha #vietnamcoffee

We came back for the Thursday offer - fried fish with salad, rice noodles and wraps during 3rd week of July 2026. Such a big fried seabass perfectly done. Really delicious to dip with the sauces, salad, noodles and mint leaves with the Vietnam wrap. Really worth it for the 50% price! Next week will be the last week in Plaza Sin, they are going to close this outlet. ===================== We came back again because for the Monday offer - the Vietnamese Crepe! They are going to shift to Star Vista!! See the picture, very nicely presentation of the crepe, we opened up is to let everyone see the ingredients are well done and healthily cooked! We were impressed by the chef beautiful cuts of the cutterfish and prawns. Another dessert named peach resin with coconut milk also good to try. Not sweet for the base, only coconut flakes slightly sweet which match with the dessert. ===================== We came back again next day for different day offer. We ordered the papaya tofu salad and the yellow ginger skewer barbecue meat platter, the price also 50% off!!! Consists of pork , chicken and beef, all flavor are 3 sticks and come with fresh vegetables, mint leaves wrapped with rice vermicelli. The display looked good but disappointedly over grilled maybe, because meat too dry. Papaya salad tasted moderate, but too sweet it salty, suitable for our taste buds. ======================= 1st visit dated on 2nd week of July 2026. We ordered a salad and the spring roll platter which has 50% off for the individual day. Spring roll platter really worth to eat the price of 50% off. Both sauce given tasted good but not enough that we asked for top up. 😀 The beef with banana blossom and starfruit salad really a must try! The sauces for the salad is unique, inclusive of sweet, sour and little spiciness that really soothing for those likes strong taste lover. You will non stop eating it although the beef were little too dry but we will back again for this dish again.

The Vietnamese meal was authentic, fresh, and well-balanced. The Beef shank ex pho featured a clear, aromatic broth that had been simmered for hours, delivering rich beef flavour without being overly salty. The rice noodles were silky, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime added brightness to every bowl. The bun cha was the standout. The smoky grilled pork was juicy with a wonderful caramelised char, paired perfectly with the light, tangy dipping sauce. Combined with rice vermicelli and fresh herbs, every bite was refreshing yet satisfying. The mushroom banh xeo (Vietnamese crispy pancake) impressed with its golden, veey crispy exterior and fillings.

Had lunch here because it is easily seen when you enter Plaza Sing. Have to be honest, it wasn't the best. We ordered the beef pho and a bahn mi. The pho was good although I am sure I've tasted better. The bahn mi was subpar. See the cross section of the sandwich because the meat was just so little. The coffee with it, which was supposed to complement the food, was also bitter. Overall, the ingredients were good. O can see the other diners enjoying, but I didn't enjoy it too much. The service was really quick though.quite surprised by that. That's just it. This is my honest opinion of the restaurant.
