Enjoyed the lunch set here, got my usual curry udon 😋 - sadly corn is no longer in the recipe. Seating area downsized a lil after the renovation & can be abit narrow to get to their seat for those seating on the couch.

The service was good, staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests. The food was quite average. Today the salmons were a bit strong smell and we had a bit of stomach discomfort after taking them. Last week the salmons were good. I think the quality is not consistent. The curry chicken rice was quite nice. The hamburger was a bit tough. Macha latte and hojicha were great! The best was the dessert parfait!

Heard great things about their chicken nanban and happy that I was not disappointed. The portion was big, so quite value for money for $15.80, even more so if you get their lunch sets ($15/$16). I loved their potato salad which was well seasoned and slightly tangy! The large pieces of fried chicken were juicy and flavourful. It paired perfectly with the addictive tartar sauce! The chicken katsu ($14.80) was not as stellar as the chicken was quite tough and seems refried…

I ordered a Salmon Cream Udon but got a Salmon Udon in white (not creamy) soup with corn and broccoli as topping instead. I told service staff Gareth about the difference in expectation from what was written in the menu, which was described as "Udon noodles in creamy white sauce with salmon and vegetables" while what was served was more soupy. He explained calmly that it's usually like that, and went back to the kitchen to help me with my issue and handled everything very well. Thank you Gareth for the great service! I LOVE CREAMY! So I was expecting carbonara level creamy but it's not so... just so you know. ^^

I've eaten here so many times due to work lunch. I always try something different from their lunch set. This time, I was disappointed with the flavour. It's not that it's not properly cooked, but the flavour of the food isn't very impressive. Get the other dishes instead, they taste better.
