It’s been more than a year since my family dine in Paradise Group Le Shrimp ramen. Dine early before dinner crowd on a weekday evening, request the staff to give us 4 big size diners a spacious table and they did to make us comfortable. 😊 The Le signature trio shrimp broth ramen taste as good as before but unfortunately one of two shrimp had the meat musky. We feedback to staff to let kitchen awareness only, never expect the kitchen to replace two shrimp but they did, although we insist not require. The staffs serving us have show us good service still exist in a mid-range restaurant, thanks and it worth my 5 stars rating. I always enjoyed braised pork rib which is soft and tender meat, the braised bean curd is well marinated. The pork dumplings in chili and crispy chicken cutlet are average taste. If you don’t want to deshell the shrimp, can order Ebiko prawn paste ramen where the shrimp balls makes eating easier. Do recommend add on $3.90 to complete set meal that includes selected side dishes and drink. Some unfinished foods we request staff to pack to go and they did pack in a presentable takeaway bag. We left with a full tummy and happy dining experience, not forgetting to extra tip them for extra good service. 👍
View on GoogleSoup broth was good. Prawns shells served peeled would be way better instead of struggling to remove it in a restaurant setting. Ramen is supposed to be a quick meal joint. Cabbage served was hard and seem undercooked. Serving it softer would be better for ramen styled. Looking at the cabbage, it seems that it's rotten from the block spots. They should not have serve customers such rotten looking cabbage. Hope they improve further. would have given them a full 5 stars if not for the cabbage that was rotten looking and peeled prawns.
View on GoogleHah lunch with wife here on a Friday. Didn't order any shrimp based broth noodles. Instead, ordered the tonkotsu based la mian with shrimp wanton, and another one with suan cai and fish. Both were good. Broth was rich and flavourful, noodles were silky with a good bite to them. Total came up to just over $40. Service and ambience were also good.
View on GoogleThe Mapo tofu ramen was nice , thick and spicy. The Le Shrimp ramen tasted like lobster bisque. Overall loved it.
View on GoogleTexture of ramen is very nice. Thick and tasty broth. Prawns are fresh. Side dishes and appetizers are good. Staff are very patient, helpful and initiative. Brought me the basket to put my bag when he saw my bag on my lap. Nice atmosphere, tables are not to close to one another.
