Very disappointing service at this Killiney branch! The young lady at the cashier seemed tired and unbothered, and her tone came across as rude and sarcastic—especially when explaining that our order was a set meal, speaking as if we should have already known. When my friend asked about portion size, she looked annoyed, spoke sarcastically in Mandarin to her colleague, and never really answered the question. Is this how you are supposed to treat your customers? The dining area was also very dirty, and staff appeared unconcerned. Tables were only cleaned after we pointed it out, and even then, ours was wiped last despite others being empty. Just WOW... talk about service right there. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had compared to other Killiney outlets. Management should seriously look into this. Definitely my first and LAST visit—DO NOT waste your time or money here, people.

When I'm at Plaza, I normally drop by Killiney for a coffee after shopping. The coffee is normally well made. The staff are friendly. It's a small cafe within a very busy shopping center, so the atmosphere is a bit noisy. Still a good spot to rest your tired legs

Worst Hainanese pork chop rice ever. The pork tasted stale & dry with just a small drizzle of tomato sauce. Fries were thin, with barely any flavour. Vegetables on the side didn’t taste fresh as well. The best thing on the plate was the egg… which says a lot about their quality of food. The ambience was not the best as the tables were very dirty. The whole time i was dining in, nobody bothered to come out to clean the tables. The cutleries also have stains & a weird smell.

Disappointed with the service provided by Killiney! First and the last time I will have my coffee at this Killiney. Ordered (KC kosong x2, KC Siew Dia)and told the young lady that do not mixed the order as I provided my Sttoke cup. The coffee came out cold. Request for a change and the young lady said that the coffee was ready for quite a while that why is cold. I told her I waited for my number to be called and I immediately went to collect it, how is it that it’s cold. She said that you have to wait here for your coffee. Then I said why provide a no for collection. Furthermore my Sttoke cup keeps the coffee hot which means that the coffee served was cold and that she was just giving all kinds of excuses. I hate it when they have to much to say, just do a good job. If you are in the wrong just keep quiet.

Latest visit this morning 14 April 2025 The guys who prepared my orders seem to have left. The regular team of people seemed to have left. The new team, in particular there is one older woman (she behaves like an old hand). She puts me off, very unhelpful and calculative. I am not coming back with her attitude. Look at my comments below, I always love this place until now. No wonder the crowd is dwindling with this type of service leader in the team. She is only fit for backroom work probably. Not recommended to come here for meals. I come here for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea on a regular basis. The coffee is outstanding, served hot and has a strong coffee aroma. The breakfast dishes are also very good especially the curry puffs, chee cheong fun, chwee kueh and white bee hoon. They have good varieties. Recently they have added more varieties for breakfast. I tried the Tuna Mayo sandwich this morning. Its yummy. Strongly recommended for your meals.
