The hoshino spaghetti was very flavourful and the sauce was very buttery. The tiramisu was very creamy but the coffee flavour was not strong enough. The kid's meal carbonara was very creamy and flavourful. The hoshino pancakes were very fluffy and delicious. The souffle omu curry rice with pork katsu was very flavourful the egg was fluffy and the pork katsu was very crispy. The hoshino blend coffee was not too bitter and was flavourful.
View on GoogleA Cosy Dinner Spot Worth Trying! ☕🍛 Came for dinner and had a lovely evening! I ordered the Omu Souffle Chicken Katsu Curry — my first time having a Japanese omu souffle, and it was quite a delightful experience. The chicken katsu was delicious, though the souffle egg texture was slightly different from what I had expected (it didn’t quite fold the way you see in videos). Still enjoyable overall! My boyfriend went for the Salmon & Mentaiko Carbonara, which he really enjoyed. I did find the mentaiko flavour on the stronger side for my personal taste, but that’s a preference thing. Would come back to try more items on the menu!
View on GoogleDelicious shrimp fried rice. Nicely done. Egg and shrimp were not overly cooked. Fried rice was flavourful and not dry. Souffle was good too. Friendly helpful staff. Good and fast service. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleWe find the dessert choices here appealing but they fell short of expectations. The pastry shell of Paris Brest had a fragrant eggy aroma and some buttery taste but it was too soggy. It lacked the airy and light crunch. Though there were some chopped nuts on top, they were soft and lost the earthy taste and crunch. It was as if the dessert had sat for a while. The praline creme was the saving grace. Smooth, velvety, nutty with caramelized sweet notes melted in our mouths immediately. The Souffle with Chocolate Ganache looked promising. This cloud-like airy cake melted slightly as we poured the warm and velvety chocolate sauce on it. We found it intensely sweet though.
View on GoogleMiserable and disappointing experience, food tastes bad and is far too pricey for such poor qualities. Visited in April 2026 on a Saturday early morning at 10AM. As most F&B cafes and restaurants were still closed, we decided to have breakfast here as it was one of the few stores that opened so early. Ordered omu souffle rice with demiglace sauce ($17.20 ++), shrimp & mozarella in tomato cream ($16.90 ++) and iced matcha latte 50% ($7.30 ++). The omu rice served was lukewarm. The egg omelette looked strange with weird foamy bubbly texture inside when sliced open, had an overwhelming artificial cream milk flavour, did not taste or had a texture like real egg at all. There was only 2 - 3 tiny pieces of meat, and I suspected that the mushrooms used were from cans. The fried rice was stale and underwhelming without any tangy tomato taste. The pasta were slightly raw and not cooked thoroughly. The matcha tasted quite mild, too sweet with an artificial aftertaste. Everything tasted so out-of-place, it was like eating ready-to-eat and microwaved food from convenience stores. I have patronised Hoshino before and this was absolutely disappointing and nothing like what I had before. This level of quality and standards did not worth the pricing. Felt very cheated and thought we could have cooked better at home. We had to force ourselves to finish the food as we didn't want food wastage. After heading home, both my partner and I got indigestion with slight bloating and stomach cramping. Definitely not coming back anymore. Not recommended if you plan to have a delicious meal here. Drinks are passable especially tea because it is just not possible for them to mess brewing tea up. Ambience is good for chilling, but there may be noise from other patrons and young children around.
