Located outside the mall, didnt really have to queue & wait very long. We tried the oolong milk tea with honey pearl & earl grey mt with strawberry pearl. Not sure if its because we didnt add sugar, but the drink tasted really diluted and bland. The earl grey especially tasted very 'fake', and together with the strawberry pearl, the combi was really bad. Have ever tried their signature machiatto drinks at suntec outlet and it was good even without sugar. Will give the benefit of doubt that i selected the wrong drink, and will try again next time haha. Also, they have discounted vouchers on chope for 2 drinks so do rmb to save some bucks.

Update: ive since tried the oolong RSM with konjac jelly and this is much better! The yakult is too diluted and the taste is somewhat not what you’d expect for Yakult. For 6$ a cup hollin can do better. The coffee konjac jelly is good though! Appreciate the unique toppings. Just improve the recipe! The selection of offerings is good and a differentiator to the other boba shops in the market

Visited again, got a totally different experience. DO NOT USE THE MACHINE IF YOU DONT HAVE NETS. You literally get the drink and have to requeue at the cashier to pay, and guess what, you get a new queue number at the back of the line… Staff here are good, friendly and nice, but the machine system is totally redundant. Side note, the plastic cap on top of each bubble tea is bad material, guaranteed to spill compared to other bbt brands. If Hollin were to improve these two, would be way better! No complaints about this place! The staff was quick in preparing the drinks! Taste itself was great and amazing, Hollin never disappoints!

We came to Singapore for a vacation and of all the boba shops we went to, we love Hollin! They have different types of pearls daily, which are only very mildly different, but was interesting to try. Pearl chewiness and texture is also just nice. I would recommend to try the strawberry pearls on Sunday for an added crunch from the strawberry seeds (and red is a nice pop of colour!) There's a good variety of fruit teas and they were all delicious! We were served by patient and helpful staff for the 3 days we visited, especially Jeremy, who gave us drink recommendations and helped stamp our loyalty card on our next visit when we forgot to bring it with us. Do not order Oolong milk tea! Tea was super light that my friend and I could not taste anything. Just feel like having cold plain milk with added water. Visit others Milk tea store if you want proper milk tea. Cashier does not except normal card only grab pay.
