Had a pleasant dining experience at Genki Sushi. What stood out most was the excellent service. I kept changing my mind about the number of people in my dining party, but the staff remained patient, friendly, and accommodating throughout. Their understanding and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the food took quite a while to arrive initially. However, once the orders started coming, the service flow seemed to improve and everything went smoothly after that. As for the food, the sushi and teriyaki chicken don were good as usual—fresh, tasty, and consistently satisfying. We also enjoyed the parfait dessert, which was a delightful way to end the meal.

I would like to commend the excellent service provided by Janet, Irene, Sin Sian, manager & staff at Genki Sushi Plaza Sing outlet. They were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The team made us feel genuinely welcomed, and they handled everything with care and efficiency. Their friendly attitude and helpfulness really stood out, making the dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. It is clear that they take pride in their work and in looking after customers well. Please extend my appreciation to Janet, Irene, Sin Sian, and the manager for their outstanding service. I will definitely be returning again and will recommend this outlet to others.

Food came fast, & it was fresh. Small bites easy to eat & tendency to over order as there were too many varieties. They rolled out seasoned seafood every month, & menu is customer centric & kid friendly too. Prices are also quite reasonable so 2 people eating a fair bit of food. Staffs were friendly & quick to usher customers into their seats. In addition tables & plates are cleared immediately omce customers finishes or leaves to pay Ms Irene? the friendly personnel is always there to tell us what is seasoned & popular in the menu We arrived after 2pm so not so crowded & can eat comfortably.

The experience was a bit different from the usual conveyor belt style. Instead of dishes passing by, your orders are delivered directly to your table via a 3 layer train system, which is quite fun to watch. That said, it can get a bit confusing at times since you don’t always know if the train stopping in front of you is your order, especially when similar items are ordered by nearby tables. The sushi itself was fresh and decent for the price, making it a good casual dining option. Portions felt slightly small, which might be intentional so you end up ordering more variety.

This time kyushu adventure was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender and juicy, packed with rich flavor in every bite. The sushi was fresh and perfectly prepared, while the grilled pieces added a wonderful smoky aroma. The seafood was incredibly fresh and complemented beautifully by the savory sauces. Paired with a comforting bowl of ramen and warm oden, every dish was satisfying and full of flavor. A perfect meal that left me wanting more and thinking about my next visit already. 🍣🥩🍜✨
