Love Zhang Liang Mala! There’s such a huge variety of ingredients to choose from, so you can always mix and match depending on what you’re craving. I also really enjoy the different soup bases they offer, and their dry mala is definitely a favourite too. amazing service here too!!

I always enjoy dining at Zhang Liang Mala Tang! The food is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. The prices are also very reasonable, making it great value for money. A special thank you to Esther for her outstanding service. She is always warm, friendly, and remembers her regular customers, which makes every visit feel welcoming and personal. Her attentiveness and excellent customer service truly set this place apart. Super overpriced, mala soup stock is also beef based which was disappointing. Hygiene needs to be improved, found a strand of hair in the dumpling... Would not recommend coming here at all. Far cry from the standard of the outlets in China.

4.5⭐️ (great quality Mala Tang): Could be one of the best Mala Tang spots in Singapore. The selection is impressive, with two fridges of fresh ingredients—double the variety of a typical store. The quality of the ingredients is excellent; for example, the beef slices are fresh, vibrant red, and have a natural texture. The pricing is reasonable, not much higher than hawker stalls. There are six different soup bases to choose from—I opted for the Mala Tang base. It was flavorful, not overly spicy, and enjoyable even as a drink. Overall, this is one of the best Mala Tang places in Singapore.
