The food was surprisingly good, considering the bad reviews. The pan fried chive dumplings were the highlight. the har kau were quite good while the shrimp chee cheong fun were disappointing. Prices on the high side, almost restaurant grade. Furthermore, the prices have yet to include the 10% service charge and 9% GST. Staff was polite but service was minimal. Ambience was also basic.

The food was delicious, especially the red bean pancake. It was absolutely amazing and my favorite dish. The shumai and xiao long bao were also quite good. Although the female staff member could not speak English, she really tried her best to communicate with customers. I truly appreciate her effort and great service.

Had such a wonderful experience at the Hong Kong Dim Sum shop at Bugis (Bras Basah)! The customer service here is truly outstanding — the staff went out of their way to accommodate vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. One of the staff members was especially polite and gentle, making the whole dining experience even more pleasant. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food paired with exceptional customer service. If that’s what you’re after, this is the place to go.

Siew Mai 4 pieces one small plate carrot cake and a Coke Zero for 23 bucks which was a rip off but service was ok. I guess paying for the rental than for the food? Carrot cake was too oily and there was no wok hey
