i love the bubble tea here and i buy it so often . but this is the first time that i am absolutely appalled by a staff’s attitude . so rude and i am absolutely disgusted by her rude responses . sweetie , if you can’t learn to be respectful or kind to people , i suggest you don’t speak at all , or don’t even work in customer service .

Gwen is a good staff member. There is also another staff member who wears glasses; they are loud, friendly, and enthusiastic.

Their Sijichun oolong milk tea is rich and smooth, but I discovered the apple green tea today and it might just be my new favourite bubble tea. The apple cubes add a nice sweet crunch and pair really well with the small pearls. 10% sugar was just right, though I’d probably go sugar-free next time.

waited 30 mins for my drinks, they skipped my number, worked very very slow. wayyy too slow. this was on 31/10/2025 one of the staff ’Corn’ was way too slow… i’m not sure if he’s new or anything but he moved way to slowly for having many people waiting for the drinks under the hot blaring sun. having a backlog of orders while the one other staff help him, he was still so blur and slow. he looked like he was unsure of everything and moving in slow motion. everybody was waiting but it was still gg so slow. this is absolutely unacceptable. i had even asked nicely about my queue number when they skipped mine and he had looked at me and walked away after saying ‘oh’. this is an absolutely ridiculous behaviour. i am very disappointed.

Wonderful and delicious milk tea shop at an affordable price, especially when you register for member! Definitely our go-to drink stand
