I visited Swensen’s Parkway to buy a birthday cake and was served by Kay. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. I initially planned to buy a smaller cake, but she took the time to explain the options and recommended a larger size that offered much better value. Thanks to her helpful advice, I was happy with my purchase. Kay made the entire experience smooth, pleasant, and enjoyable with her excellent customer service. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant lunch at Swensen’s @ Parkway Parade. The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived until I finished my meal — the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout.The food was generally good, but my Seafood Arrabbiata pasta was a little disappointing. The pasta was overcooked, and the Arrabbiata sauce lacked the spiciness that I would normally expect from this dish. That said, the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere made the overall experience enjoyable. I would still return and try other items on the menu.

Was celebrating birthday for my hubby. Was very impressed with Johnston’s service. He did a good job and although the restaurant had a lot of tables, he had to served and cleaned the tables. I also saw him helping a customer with the purchase of ice cream, very helpful and patient. Our food was served very fast too. Well done Johnston, keep up the good job and the manager did a good job too.

The food was delicious. Faizal who served us was friendly, quick to response to our requests. The only downside was that it was rather noisy when the chairs were pushed back to it's place. Overall, a good dining experience and will dine here again.

I was here yesterday evening with my daughter to celebrate my birthday. The staff name Travis who served us is very polite and helpful and patient. I feel very happy that this young waiter being so young able to give excellent service 👍 thumbs up for him.
