I was quite excited with their so called healthy style. But I am quite disappointed with them after I tried their food twice. First time I tired the salmon quiche, the salad was not fresh at all. Second time, I ordered a salmon toast, the smoked salmon tasted very bad, I had to spit it out. My husband also was very unhappy with his food.
View on GoogleCame here recently on a weekday at around 4 pm. I'd walked past this cafe before- it was empty and the male solo staff was seated at the dining area. On entering, I was the only customer. As there weren't prices on all the cakes on display, I asked the male staff. For 3 different cake slices, he went to the cash register each time and took awhile to get back to me about the price. Would be good for him to familiarise himself with the menu prices during lull period. I decided to sit inside the cafe near the entrance overlooking the outside but noticed the table was very dirty- it had crumbs n some sauce on it. I asked the male staff to clean the table and he did so promptly but it would been better if he checked and cleaned the tables when there were no customers earlier.. I ordered a tiny slice of banana cake which costs $7+. It was rather tasteless but I liked that there were generous chunks of walnut in it. Soon a female staff appeared and soon after they started packing up and cleaning and I realised they were closing at 5 pm (I misread the hand written notice and thought they closed at 6 pm instead). I like the concept of serving whole foods and how the cafe was welcoming in its decor and very quiet, but it was way too pricey and service could be better. Not sure if I'll be back.
View on GoogleI had a super positive experience here. I love the design, the atmosphere, the focus on healthy and gluten-free food. I was able to try a croissant for the first time since I went GF 14 years ago and it was amazing. I loved the spiced banana smoothie and can say it was better dining-in in the glass jar/cup than in the to-go cup. The salmon quiche was amazing, the tomato sauce had a good amount of kick to it, and I enjoyed the vegan, gf waffle.
View on GoogleCute Neighbourhood Coffee Shop This is a well located coffee shop in Katong Shopping Centre that serves good coffee, food and snacks. I’ve been here just once but my friend visits couple of times a week to work from here. There is lots of seating inside and outside. Friendly staff. The point is ok as well! I think within Katong Shopping Centre this is the best coffeeshop/restaurant to take guests to.
View on GoogleWaiter 10/10 know their product well, kind and friendly. Ambience 9/10 waiting for then to become pet friendly. Food 7/10 hit and misses. Mumbai sandwich was really good! Flavourful, rich in indian spices and the star of the show was the red sauce. Pesto chicken - lack in flavour, sauerkraut is bland. General - generous amount of spinach Lemon cake was good! LOTS of Gluten, vegetarian options
