Authentic Taiwanese Restaurant. Nice and cozy. We ate after lunch, so the place was not crowded, but I have seen a queue outside the restaurant on previous occasions. Loved their fried rice. Well fried, delicate and not oily. Definitely a favourite. The Beef noodles was also not bad. The beef shank was soft. I personally prefer firmer noodles, so felt that the La Mian was too soft. But soup was tasty and not spicy nor oily. Generally the style more is delicate, less oily, less salty, but still with flavour. If u like taiwanese food, you should like this place.

Recently renovated and glad to see that the food standards at Isshin Machi East Coast are still consistently good. The dishes were fresh, tasty, and well prepared, and the overall dining experience felt comfortable and welcoming after the refresh. Service was pleasant too. It’s really a pity that some of the other outlets have closed, so hopefully this branch continues to do well. Will definitely return again.

Isshin Machi is our go to for Taiwanese food. They have reopened as of June 2026. Ordered the chicken chop with rice and chicken chop with fried rice. The taste and portion is as good as before :)

Service very good. Food was ok. Decorations very unique. Payment methods don’t allow paywave or visa or Mastercar. Overall experience 2 stars.

Food is amazinggggg and only a fraction of din tai Fung price. Been deliberating about coming here and son made a great decision to come here for lunch so here we are - again! Not sure why it's so quiet but can certainly do with more support..
