Tried their weekday lunch set and loved the quality of the food! The beef bulgogi was very tender, nicely marinated, and the banchans were really fresh. The weekday lunch set also comes with soup of the day (not pictured) for only $11 nett. I came back another time to try their dinner BBQ buffet, and we had a great experience too! It comes with an assortment of meat, kimchi soup, and sides. We spent about $55 for two. The food and service were both excellent. The owner is a very passionate and friendly Korean ahjussi who kindly introduced each dish and thoughtfully checked in to see if we enjoyed them. Located in Katong Shopping Centre, definitely worth trying if you’re in the area!

I visited this Korean restaurant for the first time today, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and genuinely authentic. The service was outstanding. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, quick to offer recommendations, and incredibly friendly. The food was the real star. Every dish tasted fresh, balanced, and deeply flavorful — the kind of cooking that tells you the recipes have real roots. The main dishes were generous and comforting, with that unmistakable homemade touch you only get from truly authentic Korean cuisine. For a first visit, it left a strong impression for me and my family. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Korean flavors paired with excellent service. Not to mention, the price is definitely reasonable :)

Super kind Korean owner who gave us a discount on their sashimi set for lunch. I would recommend the saba and stews, very nice and fresh!! You pay more for fresh ingredients. Owner shared that his food is very clean and doesn’t use unhealthy seasonings like many other restaurants. I could tell from eating that it’s light and clean!

Get yourself an authentic and personalised Korean seafood experience at this unassuming corner of Katong shopping centre! Michael Lee (the owner) really takes pride in his dishes and makes sure that all his seafood are tip top quality and fresh! Chanced upon this when we visited the area for some banana pies but had to return for the seafood sashimi platter which is different from our regular Japanese style but think sashimi + Korean bbq! Wrap the freshly sliced flounder into the perilla leaves, garnish it with some horseradish or Korean gojujang sauce. Their tiny Korean pancakes were a surprisingly delightful addition to the platter which complements the meal beautifully by providing a different texture and taste to the otherwise seafood theme. Finally, for those crab lovers, don’t forget to try their korean style sashimi crab!

Genuinely wanted to leave a review because Uncle and the team were so warm and welcoming! The Korean sashimi was fresh and delicious, and Uncle even took the time to teach us the best way to eat and enjoy the different dishes. The fried food was really good too — honestly, we enjoyed everything we ordered. The portions were super generous too 😂 Uncle had to stop us from over-ordering hahaha. Everything was already set up promptly when we arrived, and throughout the meal, the team kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a thoughtful and lovely experience from start to finish. Will definitely be back soon!
