Absolutely loved the steak and the steak burger! The fries were phenomenal as well. We ordered the steak for two, but the portions were so generous it could easily have fed three. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleWe knew this place to be one of the best places to get burgers but since they became a combined burger-steak restaurant, the standard of the burgers & fries dropped immensely. As you can see, the burger shown looks measly, the salad is just a bowl of leaves nothing special, and the steak was seasoned well in my opinion but I ordered a medium and was clearly served rare. My preset knife was also stained. It's unfortunate to see the standard drop so much. We hope to see the quality go back to when they served the blue cheese burger.
View on GoogleTogether with my family, we decided to go Burger Frites based on the good reviews. The staff there are friendly but a bit surprise of the 30mins waiting time while there wasn't any other customer. We tried to calm ourselves and hoping tasty food would worth for waiting. 1st Appetizer - Camembert with bread was served..ok, nothing special. Then when it comes to main course , the grilled chicken was served, but whole plate with nothing but chicken. Too dry and tasteless. Burger was then served but the chicken was dry. Fries was given alot. I am not food specialist but personally cant really accept the fries was served in small pieces. Can refer to the attached photo. It doesnt look good and first time eating fries like this. Then comes to dessert, the shape that the cheesecake was served, my wife thought I had taken a bite that made the odd shape but it was just served like that and both texture and taste not mreting my taste bud. Overall, we all were quite disappointed with the food ,it might be due to individual preference, but their staff and environment are quite good though.

Here, they sell fast food, especially burgers. There are many tables with some sofas! There are even drinks at the counter, and even a bulletin board where the restaurant became famous for its good burgers! The place is also really clean, and there are people, however the toilet flush doesn't work. They sell different burgers at the starting price of an average of $20, and you can upgrade it to a meal by adding fries for an additional $4-5. On the ordering website, you can also add or remove ingredients, choose the type of patty such as beef, chicken or even plant-based protein! You can also say how you want your burgers cooked, and it gave a recommendation that you should get medium rare. The portion size is BIG. The burger was about 2x bigger than a regular McDonald's burger, and inside the burger that I ordered was cheese, bacon, patty and hashbrown. I ordered the beef patty (180g in 1 burger) and chose medium rare, and it was really good, but very oily. This meant that halfway after eating the burger, I couldn't continue eating. Also if you want to see the inside of the burger you should cut it into half using the given knife they put into the burger. The fries are very small, but the portion is also a lot. I would say about 30% is even smaller than my fingernail meaning that I couldn't pick up with my fork. (that's the only utensil they gave at the table) But still, it was really juicy and crispy. The special combo for 2, which consists of 2 burgers, 2 snacks and 1 homemade fries costs $49.90, which I think is worth it.
View on GoogleStill great few years after opening, with few tweaks to the menu. Quality is in their patty. Beef patties done medium rare, held nicely by the burger bun. Good quality considering the price. Favorite remains the classic cheese burger. The kids menu is fantastic value, and can ask for it medium well or well done. Big portion of fries- which are great eaten while dining in, but probably won't be good packed for take out. Not as packed with crowds as before, availability of parking is an issue.
