Food is very nice and delicious, the girl stuff (Hui Jun) service is SUPER GOOD. She is very helpful and kind, will keep asking us need to add on meat anot until we are enough for it, whenever we need help she will also very quickly give reaction, satisfied with her service. This is the reason we enjoyed the food here. Good job and keep it on!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Sukiya at Kallang, especially to Andrew and Hui Jun, who bring so much energy and a cosy, welcoming vibe to the outlet. Their attentiveness and keen observation truly elevate the dining experience. They were always quick to clear empty plates and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. What touched me the most was when Hui Jun noticed I had started on the prawns—without me asking, she kindly brought over a bowl of water for me to wash my hands after. That small, thoughtful gesture really left an impression on me. For once, I genuinely felt that the service charge was well deserved—and worth every cent! I’ve dined at many places, including high-end restaurants, and honestly, few can match this level of personal service. Even after customers leave, they thoroughly clean the area, which I deeply appreciate as someone who is OCD about cleanliness. The food? Absolutely top-notch. It was a raining evening on 25/2.Decided to go to Suki-Ya at KWM for shabu shabu. The food is acceptable and sufficient. What we enjoyed most is the excellent service rendered by their staff, Andrew. He is helpful and attentive which made our dinner very enjoyable. The only setback is the music which is too noisy. Other than that, we had a wonderful meal in the restaurant.😊

Great service and very attentive to customer to check if meat needed to replenish to your table.😋 Value added to the songs list played make the whole atmosphere relax + chill. I've enjoyed much in this outlet. Good quality decent for price you've paid for. Great meals especially if you done with gym, replenish all nutrients you need. 🤣

My friend and I ordered the All You Can Eat Shabu-Shabu and just had pork and beef only. We asked for pork and tomato soup. Both soup flavors were very tasty. I really enjoyed mixing the meat with the restaurant made chilli sauce. A very very enjoyable experience.
