I’ve come back to Poulet at Kallang Wave Mall quite a few times, and the Brussels sprouts are still my favorite thing to order. The half chicken with mushroom sauce is a solid choice too, and the quality has stayed consistently good over time. Thank you for the warm and friendly service. I came around 5pm+ on a TUESDAY, and the place was pretty quiet and peaceful, which made the experience even more relaxing. MANAGER FIRDAUS was especially welcoming — she was very smiley, friendly, and attentive throughout. Her cheerful attitude really made the visit more enjoyable and made me feel even happier being there. It’s always nice to be served by someone who is so positive and pleasant. The ambience was also very nice and comfortable. It’s a great place to sit down, relax, and catch up. I enjoyed spending time here with friends, and the calm environment made it even better. Came on Saturday at 5.30pm. No queue. Ordered a creamy beef oxtail pasta with caramelised onion. I could not taste any of the caramelised onion. It was creamy though. The oxtail was in small pieces and there were around 4 half tomatoes. I feel it was not worth the value of $22.66. Would give it a miss the next time.
