An average café experience overall. The coffee itself was decent, but the waiting time was far too long, especially considering it was just a weekend café visit. It felt like the outlet could benefit from having more staff during busy periods, as the service flow seemed overwhelmed. Nothing particularly bad about the quality, but the slow service affected the overall experience quite a bit.

I use once a week It's busy in Afternoon and make long que. Though Staff are not friendly and hard working Cake is dry texture...

I had to repeat my order three times for what should have been a simple purchase, first the wrong size, then the wrong item, and finally a missing item. I was speaking clearly and loud enough, so the issue didn’t seem to be on my end. Customer service could definitely be improved. A simple greeting like “Hi, what can I get you?” would make a big difference instead of just being stared at. Overall, a disappointing experience. Super crowded on a raining Sunday morning, crew overwhelmed with fully packed seats but barrister still took trouble to serve drinking water despite not regular service item. Food were generally good except portion wanting, accompanied toast was thinly sliced 🤨

Do not order the Mushroom melt on toast! It's horrendously different from the illustration. Actually all their dishes don't look like the illustrations.
