If only there was a zero star option. Wanted to order a drink with my Frank card, knowing that there was a deal for $1 off topping if I could order and pay with my card. I had enjoyed this deal across other outlets, and hadn't expected what would be told to me. When I reached, the deal was clearly stated & pasted on the counter that holders of OCBC Frank card can enjoy $1 off toppings. Out of courtesy, I asked the staff there if I could enjoy the deal with my Frank card and showed proof of it being the correct card. The staff went back to ask her colleague for the details. Even though I expected to be able to enjoy it with no worries, what happened was completely unlike what other Chicha outlets (Chinatown point, Woodleigh mall etc.) had told me. For some reason, the staff refused to let me enjoy the deal, claiming that the card design needed to be a certain style, even though other outlets allowed me to enjoy the deal with my OCBC Frank card. This detail was NOT stated anywhere on the placard with the deal details, and this was not a condition in the other outlets as well. I would have hoped that such a premium and famous bubble tea chain would have standardised service across all outlets. Pls train your staff better.

Very horrible experience ordered at 4pm was alert can collect at 412pm. Wait until 1 hr almost 5pm still not ready. Given its NDP preview weekends but system should have alert or given correct ready time so we would know to expect an hr wait and not to order. Most vitally, the staff is not friendly, gave us cannot be bothered attitude, and did not advise us the appropriate ready time. Just told us to wait when we enquired on 3 occasions during the hour's wait. Attached clear images of the order in, system prompt ready, till actual collection 1 hr's timeline! Terrible non-existent service. If cannot manage pls close your Grab order. And pls educate your staff on proper manners and advise customers with friendly tone the time to get the drinks ready. Moreover we noticed instead of preparing orders by order sequence, staff prepared drinks by same drink type for their own convenience: Meaning customers behind us kept receiving their orders first despite ordering much later than us! What kind of SOP is this outlet doing? We are active CHICHA San Chen patrons and only this outlet staff have such attitude and drinks preparation hiccups! At 458pm we went to the counter 4th time and spotted our Grab order number with 3 cups of drinks just plainly put at the counter. When asked why No number was rang to alert us to take the drinks, the staff once again gave a cannot be bothered face and replied "Dunno". She did not even hand us the drinks and continued doing her stuff?! Total waste of patrons time! REALLY POOR SERVICE FROM THIS OUTLET!!! No wonder so many poor complaints reviews!

I visited on 23 April 2026 and was very disappointed with the service provided by the staff. My colleagues and I were unable to navigate the self-service kiosk to place our drink orders, so we approached a staff member for assistance. Unfortunately, he was very rude and dismissive and largely ignored our request for help. I understand that it was a busy lunch period; however, I do not feel that this justifies the lack of attentiveness or the unprofessional attitude displayed. In a service-oriented environment, basic courtesy and willingness to assist customers are essential, even during peak hours. (He was wearing a black polo tee with the initials YKG)

Notice a nice Taiwanese bubble tea outlet. 2nd time trying out this brand. Different outlet. Each cup is individually brewed. Ordered from the kiosk next to the ordering counter. Choice of tea is pretty nice and a big fan of oolong and green tea. Smooth and fragrant as I ordered the mountainous blend. Zero sugar with pearls. As the pearls came sweet, the concoction is great. Service is fast and the packaging is unique. Less plastic and you can actually save the flax string for other purposes. This outlet is spacious and bright.
