I had a chance to try the dim sum buffet. For the price, the food quality was definitely above average! I was particularly impressed by the variety of dim sum offered, especially considering the top-up for drinks was very reasonable at only $3+. It felt like great value for money overall. The only downside was the size of the restaurant. It's a bit on the small side with limited seating. This can lead to long queues, especially during peak hours. So be prepared to wait a bit before you can dig into the delicious food. Despite the wait time, I would still recommend Wangi Garden for their delicious and affordable dim sum buffet. Just be mindful of the potential queue if you're planning to go during a busy time.
View on GoogleDim sum and more” kinda buffet All the Chinese dishes absolutely hit the mark and was AMAZING quality for a buffet. Typically you’d get cheap bland carbohydrates in buffet but every carb dish was SOLID. You’d want to try their FRIED RICE, Chee Cheong Fun, Duck rice, Congee, Mala Aglio for their side dishes. For their dim sum, the truffle and Hakka Siew Mai were my favourites. The har kau had a skin that was the perfect thickness and moisture. The only downside was that the food came a little slow, but what they lacked in speed they made up with quality! 10/10 would recommend a friend

The staff is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Wangi Garden to anyone looking for delicious Chinese cuisine in a welcoming environment Personally, I can't get enough of their steam egg custard bun, crispy shrimp dumpling, and roasted duck rice.
View on GoogleWe came to know about a good value buffet at Jalan Besar area to check out. They have about 50 items which include Dim Sum, Rice Rolls, Congee, Claypot Fried Rice, Spaghetti, Roast Meat Rice and various sides/desserts. For $19.90++ a pax , we got to try these dishesl : > Chicken Mushroom Century Egg Congee > Roast Duck Rice > Chicken Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun > 5 Wonders Siew Mai Platter > Mala Aglio Olio w Shrimp > Steamed Egg Custard Bun > Durian Fritter > Mango Sago > Portuguese Egg Tart > Hot and cold beverages The congee came up to be exactly like the Hong Kong smooth creamy type. Chee Cheong Fun made fresh on demand and really smooth. Roast duck not dry yet tender and rice also used good grains. I would also recommend their unique Mala Pasta w Shrimps, Otah Siew Mai and Durian Fritter for trials. You could tell that they were not cutting down on quality despite this being a buffet offering HK food options and western dishes. The staff were also extremely helpful. They recommended pwhat we must try and also encouraged us to add on the orders when we were almost done. It was a good experience. Note that duration of buffet is 90min and only available from Monday to Friday from 5pm-9pm. (Not available on weekends and Public Holidays)
