It’s my first time trying out a salad bowl that is meant to be a meal. My idea of salad has been side dish and will never be filling. This salad bowl actually helps me with weight loss by entering a massive calorie deficit without having to go through suffering. Teriyaki chicken is tender and my favourite greens are superb.

Worst dining experience I have had. The menu was confusing and completely disorganised, making it hard to tell what they actually sell. just look at the amount of information plastered everywhere. Staff were rude, unbothered, and clueless. When I asked if the sauces contained dairy, the girl with long hair just said “I don’t know”. It is unacceptable for a place with vegan options not to know if their food contains dairy. The “warm bowls” were just microwaved food. What I got tasted old and borderline spoiled, definitely not fresh (I consumed it within 5 mins of purchase). I only ate a little because I had already paid 11 dollars and was hungry, but I could not finish it. I honestly worry about getting food poisoning. It also looks like they keep food in the danger zone for hours, which is unsafe for consumption. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very disappointing experience. The staff’s communication was unclear and confusing. While I was still choosing what I wanted, another new staff member with long hair suddenly told me to proceed to the cashier and pay. Then, another staff member asked me which item I wanted to choose. The whole process was very confusing and poorly coordinated. I was still in the middle of making my choice, so being told to go and pay before I had even decided was frustrating. The staff should communicate with customers more clearly and coordinate with each other better.

Got their warm bowl and wasn’t mindblown but the food wasn’t bad. For $8.90, you get 1 base, 1 protein and 3 toppings unless you get premium ones (need to top up). The egg on top is microwaved so the texture was a little funny to me but that’s not the end of the world. The Cajun Chicken didn’t impress me too much. Was overseasoned but the flavour was rather one dimensional. But it’s a quaint little shop from where you can get a healthy quick fix.

I think the salad here is pretty affordable, with their warm bowl being $8.90 (if I recall correctly) The vegetables are fresh too. However, I do find that it’s quite hard to order? I literally stared at their choices and did not understand how they charge you and all. Thankfully they have a sheet you can fill up similar to Maki-San, but even then it was quite confusing on how they charge you.
