Actually I found this one of the most comfy foodcourt with excellent iced coffee and tea (kopi and teh peng). The coffee lady handpulls the drink like the old tarik uncle. The western food is good - I love their black pepper chicken and striploin. The braised pork legs is also excellent, very fragrant. And for those with mobility difficulties or in wheelchair, the toilet is really spacious. *** Caveat *** I have no vested interest in this food court. But I can see that the place is trying its best to offer good food. Some stalls are better than others. But overall, worth supporting. The atmosphere is also pleasant.
View on GoogleWill update with a photo of the coffeeshop but as of now, I have tried the Tze Char stall and the Thai food cuisine. Tze Char stall barely passed with a 5, I couldn’t taste much of the flavour as the oil were overwhelmingly exaggerated. Thai food salted egg chicken fried rice was a disappointing 1/10; I never had something so bad, thankful for the food but not living up to its expectations despite charging way above market. I was really looking forward to compare it with the Tze Char one I had

Laksa contains dairy milk (on top of coconut milk) so those who allergic to dairy take note. Beware of this ignorant and entitled uncle. Context: We had chope-d a round table with two bags and a racket, then went to order food. When we returned, we found this uncle smoking at our table. It’s impossible he didn’t see our belongings — and mind you, the place was NOT crowded; there were plenty of empty seats available. When we politely TOLD him the seats were occupied, he completely ignored us, acting like we were invisible, with his head held high. When we pointed out to him that it was a no-smoking area, he even took another puff and blew smoke right in front of us. Absolutely ridiculous. If he had just politely asked to take the seat, we may have even given it up. But his entitled attitude and blatant disregard were just disgusting.

View on GoogleTucked away in the bustling area of Tyrwhitt Road in Singapore, The Lobby by Food Paradise offers a food-court vibe with more than your standard hawker fare—its clean, modern setting makes it a comfortable stop for a quick bite or a relaxed lunch. The variety of stalls means you can go in with one craving and walk out with something entirely different if you change your mind last minute. What stands out here are two dishes in particular: the chicken rice and the Malay rice. The chicken rice stall serves up juicy poached or roasted chicken paired with fragrant, well-seasoned rice that holds its own—not just a sidekick to the chicken. Meanwhile, the Malay rice stall impresses with its hearty portions and flavourful combinations—think rich, aromatic rice, bold sides and enough heft to leave you more than satisfied. If you’re in the mood for a fuss-free meal in a casual yet tidy setting, this spot hits the mark—and the chicken-rice and Malay-rice stalls are very worthy of being the go-to picks.
