Pretty good Korean bbq. They have a wide selection of banchan and they’re all good! I love the fish cake. Pork belly and jowl are both good. Seafood pancake is very nice. Cold noodles and steamed egg are good too. Sundubu is a little spicy
View on GoogleHad the pork set, pork jowl and pork belly, with the beef bone soup and seafood pancake. That is good for 2 person portion. The pork was amazing (speaking from a person that usually dislike pork) marinate smells so good and fresh. Must try the kbbq at least once 10/10 The naengmeon was also fantastic. Probably a bit more mustard and vinegar would be great but honestly, personal preference. The beef is so tender and smooth too. It would be amazing for lunch 10/10 The honey makgeolli was really smooth and easy to drink. Not too sweet as well. The honey comb was abit annoying but thats part of the process. Really generous with the portion and will order again 10/10 Came here for the marinated crab, and i have to say, its so worth it. The crab is cut so its easy to eat and mixed with rice, sesame oil and seaweed… GIRL. STAR OF THE SHOW. Not fishy and not too salty. Not too spicy and omg. Its amazing. Hopefully they make it permanent cause I am in love. 1000/10 Beef bone soup is amazing, great finisher as well. The beef was so good and they were generous with their portions. 10/10 Pancakes were crispy and also had alot of seafood. But honestly, the other dishes overshadowed this. It’s great but the other dishes were just too good. 9/10 All in all, spent 2 hours to overeat and chatted. The staff were amazing and i would love to come back again. Hopefully its not crowded when i come back but also i wouldn’t be surprised if it was
View on GoogleWe are always on the look out for reasonable n authentic Korean fare in SG. This one is good, trust me, I’m super fussy when comes to Korean food. As usual, we pick dishes we love, so we chose the pork set $92.90, we had the pork collar, pork belly, the sundubu soup (TBH one of the best we had by far) and the seafood pancake, n one rice which was chargeable. Service was fast and lady owner cut n grilled the pork for us, if you dying for real authentic Korean bbq, this is the one. Will definitely come back soon.
View on GoogleI had lunch at Songane with my colleagues, and it was truly an authentic Korean culinary experience. The friendly lady boss, who spoke English and Chinese, greeted us with a smile and was very helpful throughout. We enjoyed a spread of Bulgogi, Japchae, Kimchi soup, and stir-fried chicken — each dish was bursting with flavor and tasted wonderfully authentic. The banchan was equally appetizing, adding a delightful touch to the meal. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Korean food. Thumbs up!
View on GoogleOne of the Good authentic Korean restaurant. We order an army stew and seafood pancake. Their seafood pancake is Dongnae thick style, more seafood and spring onion, very fulfilling. The banchan is homemake, fresh and tasty, got namul, jorim and kimchi, very nice!
