This big vegetarian restaurant has been around for many years, and we’ve visited it multiple times. The quality has always been consistent, which keeps us coming back. This time we had the Udon Shoyu Soup and Kimchi Gochujang Fried Rice. Both dishes were very enjoyable — well-balanced in flavour, not overly strong, but still rich and satisfying. The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering its central location, making it great value for money. They also have several other outlets under the same group, each with different concepts such as Japanese cuisine, noodle shops, and Korean food. It’s clear they have a well-developed and diverse F&B brand. The branch we visited this time has a particularly wide menu selection, which makes it easy for everyone in the group to find something they like. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back again.

Visited Saute San on a Friday evening for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised to see an “Orh Luak” section on the menu. Food and service were good overall, and the mala fish was tasty. However, it was a little disappointing that the gravy could not be refilled even after requesting. The platter is also slightly pricey, so it may be better to order the individual sides instead. Overall still a decent dining experience.

Great experience at Saute-san! This vegetarian restaurant has a relaxed, casual vibe that’s perfect for a chill meal with friends. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Clean, comfy space with good portions for the price.

Tried the new addition to the menu — the soy nut burger patty — and shared it with my friend. It was surprisingly good on its own, no chilli or tomato sauce needed at all! So flavourful and satisfying just the way it is. And of course, I couldn’t resist my all-time favourite — the basil cashew pesto pasta. Creamy, fragrant, and absolutely yummy as always!

The kimchi stew hot pot at Sauté-San (City Square) was a standout performer — robust flavours, well-balanced heat, and packed with fresh vegetables. Leveraged the Entertainer 1-for-1 and added the curry tendon, which was impressively fried to perfection without being oily. Recommended by the sweet staff ! Both dishes delivered the satisfaction of “real meat” while staying true to nutritious, plant-forward ingredients. A compelling value proposition and a deeply satisfying dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for hearty, flavour-driven comfort food done right.
