Spacious cafe close to City Square mall. The menu is pretty concise with just 2-3 breakfast options, sandwiches, dessert, coffee and some freshly baked goodies on display. We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, a granola bowl, a garlic cream cheese bagel and a coffee. The sandwich was filling with ample stuffing while the granola bowl was laden with fruits but with a slightly generous dose of honey in it. The garlic bagel was nice too while coffee hit the right spot. They even made a us a berry cheesecake bagel on request. Servers are very warm, friendly and efficient. My only recommendation would be to possibly make the food slightly less calorie rich and add a few healthy options! Overall, definitely worth a try!

wow wow wow romme is absolutely the perfect little cafe to work, chill, and have a yummy lunch. it’s so peaceful and importantly, not too crowded at all. the seats are comfortable and even the short ones are great to work/write on. the service is great as well! the mango matcha latte ($8) is really good. i enjoyed the mango puree (not just syrup) with the thick and full bodied matcha. you can tell that it’s quality matcha from how the natural grassy notes are still present. this paired well with the sweet mango, but the drink is still very well balanced and not too sweet at all but my FAVOURITE is the ham-some lad ($16.90), a delightful balance of grilled pistachio mortadella, pesto, mozzarella, tomatoes, arugula, dijon mayo, sandwiched between their housemade focaccia. btw, i love how their focaccia is circular, the perfect shape for a sandwich! this was so so so good. so insanely flavorful but not too oily or jelak at all. the focaccia remained crusty on the outside yet fluffy inside despite me taking awhile to eat it AND the edges didn’t get soggy!!!!!! it was a saucy and flavorful delight, with multiple textures from the juicy tomato, creamy mayo, crispy focaccia edges, fluffy inside, and tender meaty mortadella. i devoured this and 100% will be back (one day) to try the rest of their yummy sandos

A charming hidden café tucked just behind City Square Mall, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s pace. On a quiet Sunday afternoon, the space feels especially inviting cosy, calm, and thoughtfully understated, with mild upbeat music that gently complements the overall ambience without overwhelming it. It’s an ideal setting whether you’re hosting a formal discussion or simply unwinding with a good cup of coffee. I ordered the Osmanthus Spring Bliss Einspanner, and it was truly delightful. The drink is beautifully crafted, with a fragrant osmanthus aroma that elevates the entire experience. While I usually opt for sugar-free options, I found the sweetness slightly on the higher side for my preference. That said, if you enjoy the floral notes of osmanthus, this is absolutely a drink worth trying it’s indulgent, aromatic, and memorable. With its tranquil atmosphere and thoughtfully curated menu, Romme is a lovely little hideout for those seeking a quiet moment, meaningful conversations, or simply a refined coffee experience away from the crowd.

Big fan of romme’s beef focaccia sammie and have been coming back frequently for it. Happened to visit today and they’ve started the cutest station with foca bomb buns newly launched on the menu. My fav is the garlic cream cheese and the size is just right!!

Good coffee, with a barista who clearly takes great care in preparing each cup. The focaccias are special and pair perfectly with the mushroom soup. The big breakfast plate is fully loaded, with well-cooked eggs and meats, and it also comes with focaccia, making it very filling and satisfying. A great spot for a hearty and enjoyable meal. And the staff is lovely as well.
