Amazing handmade noodles, definitely one of the top of our list now - and will certainly return for more! ⏰ the shop did get busy despite its rather quiet location, which speaks volumes of what it offers for the folks working nearby 🍜 the noodles were cooked very well, I could pick up each piece of my MHK, which wasn’t necessarily a given for a handmade noodle - and the chilli was properly spicy but a good addition to the meal! Definitely looking forward to return for a good bowl of handmade noodles soon 👍🏻

Comfort food. It’s plain yet tasty. Simple broth that is flavourful yet the simplicity itself presents an appetising appeal. Texture of the noodles are surprisingly very Q. It retains the firm smooth texture and does not turn soft or soggy. Allows for a slow eat. Basic noodles does not include egg - served only with minced meat, mani-cai (sweet leaf vegetable) and anchovies. The outlet is clean and bright, seating capacity is quite small so it gets crowded quickly during peak hours. There are fan coolers to keep the outlet at a comfortable temperature. No strong food smell despite the outlet being so compact. Get a seat, scan and order at table. Condiments, paper napkins, utensils are all on the side for self-service. Staff are friendly and efficient. Enjoyable experience and will be back again!

There were music and the music is soft so at least we could still hear our own conversations and the food there was delish. The food i treid was the jand made ban mian and when they say its hand made it is legit hand made. They have four outlets olus one which is a noodle bar makes that five.

I went past this Prince Noodles restaurant at ARC 380 when I finished a meeting nearby. Decided to go in for an early dinner. Lot of seats available. The signboard indicated that the restaurant offers handmade ban mian, you mian, and mee hoon kueh, available in both dry and soup preparations. I did not tried the handmade bian mian but instead I tried the mushroom and pork dumplings. The mushroom and pork dumplimgs were good and juicy inside as well. Will definately come back again to try the handmade bian mian.

You know this place is legit good when it has a constant stream of regulars from the working office crowd coming by faithfully everyday. I work in this area and I have seen more than my fair share of F&B establishments come and go at ARC380. None can withstand the test of time - Prince Noodles has and continues to be an anchor favourite here. And the reason is simple - handmade ban mian / mian fen guo at its homemade best! Flavourful without being overly salty and even a good chilli paste to go with! I like mine dry due to the black sauce that gives a nice edge to the taste and the accompanying bowl of soup is a testament to the mindfulness in preparation - not the least bit bordering on being too salty which is commonplace for such noodles establishments. It's a small place (I counted roughly 34 seats) and fills up fast during peak hours. And if you are coming by for lunch, then snag a table easily at 1130am but it fills up by 1150am and then one needs to wait a little. Bowls are very reasonable at $6.50 per bowl if dining in, and add 30 cents more if it's a takeaway.
