If there is a zero star or negative star i will definitely give them. The only part that is nice is the price for $19.90 per pax buffet. Their drink are pretty expensive for a normal steamboat restaurant, one can of 加多宝 cost $3. Then beware if you accidentally chose the wrong soup base, please BEAR IN MIND that THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANOTHER $5 dollar even though the soup was not served to us yet. They did not inform us before we even order the soup base that we will pay a penalty of $5,only until the soup came that they told us there is a penalty . The above prices have not yet include the service charge and gst. The young girl service staff called Serene? is kind of rude and do not want really want to serve their customers genuinely. The food wise is still okay but there are houseflies around the food. And their bbq sticks have minimum orders per type, starting from 5 sticks onwards. Meaning you cannot choose 1 sausage 1 mushroom 2 meat 1 seafood, ONLY If you order 20 sticks. TELL ME HOW DOES 1 PERSON EAT 20 STICKS. Not coming back again. Please don't come and try it hoping to get lucky, it will leave you shocked. You'll leave disappointed. If you are looking to fill your stomach and ruin your feelings and taste bud, feel free to come here. As it is cheap enough. Disappointed!

Food was okay. but they have raw meat unchill on the convoy belt.. which is high risk... Food looks aged on belt, no longer fresh. when requesting for menu item. staff keep missed out. when we order a little more, the female staff came to warn us in a unfriendly manner that there will be surcharge if we cannot finish them.. so.. judge for your self.

Went with my friends to this newly opened restaurant. It was unexpectedly a rather good experience. We ordered the 2 types of soup - Tom Yum & Collagen and also had the BBQ meat as recommended by the owner(yes, he is there personally serving customers). He recommended spicy marinade for the BBQ meat. I was worried it would be too spicy but he reassured me that it would not be. He is right, the BBQ meat is tasty and yet not too spicy. He also checked on our soups and added more Tom yum spice when my friend wants more Tom yum taste(spicier). The waiters also assist in topping up our soups when running low. Overall, I am happy with the food and service. The food portion is value for money. Will go again.

Nice place and decor. Mala grilled fish was nice but the sambal fried rice was not good. The dish was not hot and was normal. Do not order the fried rice and go for the fish instead. We came here once before and found the skewers normal.

One of the staff in there really very jia lat!!!! Don't know how to service customers yet anyhow commented! Been ordered a meat ball, but until the end never turn out. Ask him to check, he said that we have to check on the belt.! Which our table not beside the belt. And said that since we have buffet have to take at the belt by our own?! We have buffet, we don't pay for it? Really very mad 😠 😡 😤. And other staffs so busy on serving n clearing table. He the one so free walk here n there.
