Bought a $300 fan, delivered the wrong color. I brought down to change it, but they gave box that I suspected was opened.(the wires were in twisted and folded) Installed, but found out the motor was jammed. Called the seller, they said they will do an exchange. No news after 1.5 weeks... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. SCAM BUSINESSES.
