🌱Extensive plant-based dessert menu, with everything from mooncakes to cheesecake. The owners, a wife and husband, are incredibly sweet. We had a choc au pain and lava cake. I prefer my desserts not very sweet, so these were a bit much for my tastes but very on par with Western dessert so probably just right for others! 🍫Lava cake was the star - I haven't had one since going vegan, and this one completely hit the spot. Hard to beat warm ooey gooey chocolate with vanilla ice cream! 🥖Choc au pain was also filled with melted chocolate and came with a side of vegan Chantilly cream, chocolate sauce and almonds. The au pain was a bit dry and hard, so the cream came in handy. The cream was delicious! We also had the pineapple and yuzu pear teas, which were novel in that there was literally fruit stewed in the hot tea, giving a fresh and naturally sweet taste. They even came with free matcha chocolate cookies!

Very simple and unassuming place but looks can be deceiving. The chocolate souffle was so good! Big enough to share for 2. The cold pineapple and the Archipelago tea was very refreshing as well. Desserts were presented in a very professional manner without the cut-throat prices. Highly recommended.

Kitty and I were on our way home from City Square Mall, and we decided to treat ourselves to some dessert before heading home. We searched on Google for a nearby bakery and stumbled upon Gobi Desserts, a cozy and modern spot that specializes in low-sugar cakes and vegan pastries. We were intrigued by their menu and decided to give it a try. When we arrived, we were surprised to find the place practically empty, just Kitty and me. While the space was clean and inviting, with white tables and chairs arranged in a spacious room, and the soft, warm lighting created a relaxed atmosphere, it lacked a certain "wow" factor that might attract more customers. We felt the decor could use a boost to make it more Instagrammable and inviting. Despite the quiet atmosphere, we were delighted by the variety of options on their menu. We tried a Cappuccino, an Ice Blended Mocha, a Rainbow Slice Cake, and the Red Pear Crème Brûlée. Our coffee drinks were served with two warm madeleines, which was a nice touch. The server told us that the complimentary pastry that comes with the coffee changes every now and then. Currently, the complimentary pastry is Madeleine, and it's a vegan madeleine made with vegetable oil. The cappuccino was expertly made, with a rich, creamy texture and a perfectly balanced flavor. The Mocha was also delicious, with a smooth, blended texture that wasn't overly sweet. Kitty especially loved the Rainbow Slice Cake. It was dense and cakey, with a visually appealing array of colors. While the flavors were subtle, we could detect hints of fruity notes, which added a nice touch. The Red Pear Creme Brulee was the highlight of our visit. The pear flavor was subtle, adding a delicate touch to the smooth, creamy custard. The brulee topping was perfectly caramelized and crunchy, providing a delicious contrast to the soft custard. The accompanying pickled beetroot and fruit slices added a delightful burst of freshness, complementing the dessert beautifully. We were impressed by the overall quality of the desserts and the friendly service. We highly recommend Gobi Desserts to anyone looking for a sweet treat. We think with some decor updates, it has the potential to become a real gem.

Ambience is good, staff super friendly and very considerate. I ordered Yokeless and Double Fudge Chocolate which was recommended by the staff, turns out it’s super amazing! The effort they put to design the desserts is commendable 👍🏻 Me and my girlfriend had a great time here! Will definitely come back!

Tried their soufflé and archipelago tea! The soufflé serving portion was generous and just nice as a snack for 2, very worth the money spent:) the archipelago tea has to be one of if not the best tea that I’ve had:) it has a unique flavour profile of orange and I would definitely come back again! additionally we tried their vegan Madeline and it was delicious!
