The Prime Rib was incredibly juicy and flavorful, cooked just right and packed with tenderness in every bite. The soup base had a rich peppery kick that paired perfectly with the youtiao & white rice making it extra satisfying. We also got to try their seasonal 粽子, and it was definitely worth it! The filling was generous, packed with quality ingredients, and every bite felt like great value for money. 😋🎋

Food was unfortunately quite disappointing on this visit. The bak kut teh soup lacked the depth and herbal richness that you would normally expect. It tasted rather diluted and didn’t have the comforting, peppery kick that makes a good bowl of bak kut teh satisfying. The pork ribs were also just average — not particularly tender and didn’t absorb much flavour from the soup. Considering the reputation and pricing, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. Hopefully this was just an off day, but overall it was a rather underwhelming meal.

Enjoyed the foods, especially the steam red grouper tail, fresh n tasty. Is a Sunday noon time, not crowded and the ambience is comfortable. Both bosses are friendly, we enjoyed the atmosphere, taking out time enjoying the foods. After our meal lady boss served us two glasses of complimentary of chinese tea, tea taste nice and good for digestion after a big meal. Highly recommended for traditional bak kut teh.

This is my 1st time coming here for BKT and I am definitely not disappointed. No wonder Chow Yun Fatt likes it too!!! Highly recommend that Long Ribs Soup, Braised Pig Trotters and Ngoh Hiang!!! I love that they use only fresh pork. They also have an outlet at Clarke Quay!

Had a really satisfying meal at Legendary Bak Kut Teh on Rangoon Road. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff remained friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout our visit. Their excellent service made the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. The bak kut teh was definitely the standout. The pork ribs were tender, juicy, and cooked just right, while the broth was rich, fragrant, and had a nice peppery kick without being too overpowering. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients, and every dish we ordered was prepared with care. We also appreciated the prompt soup refills, which kept the meal warm and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience with great food and excellent service. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular.
