went there early (avoid the queue!) just for the pork innards noodles - ingredients were clean and fresh, and the soup very flavourful. oh the liver was thick cut and cooked al-dente, so good! yellow noodles a bit heavy, will go back to try with thick bee hoon instead, and also from the other stalls (the roasted meat stall looks good!)

Kim San Leng Coffeeshop is a good place to get breakfast. They offer several choices of food. Their prawn noodle was delicious. Portion was decent. The coffee shop was clean. There were indoor and outdoor seats. The location was just walkaway from Mustafa Centre

This coffeeshop was convenient as it had a huge carpark right in front of it. Decided to pop over for a quick lunch. Decided to have caifan for lunch today. Ordered the exact some food items (fish was about the same size too) in previous week, was charged $6+, this week I was charged $8+! This is ridiculous! Real arbitrary pricing! Will try the other stalls next time and give this caifan stall a miss.

Very pleasantly surprised by the assortment of stalls they've managed to bring in, and the quality of the food. It's not just one or two anchor hawkers, but a suite of very reputable stalls from around Singapore. The pork noodles from Tai Hwa Lavender. Chwee Kueh from Jian Bo Tiong Bahru. Yong Tau Foo that's heritage. Tse Char from Mun Ee, which is also branded. Western food that's quick and simple Chargrilled. Not sure what else to complain about. Location is convenient, and parking is easy. Coffeeshop is newly renovated, so everything feels great (other than not having air conditioning).

Apr2022 Tea is still as good. Many nice stalls here like yong tau foo and pork noodle. The place is neat and clean Older post Tea here is nice. Thick and not too sweet. Spacious coffeeshop and not too crowded even on weekends. Car park is just next to the coffeeshop. The usual coffeeshop seafood restaurant and has a char grill bar
