Ordered a cold-pressed juice with pineapple and watermelon. At first, when I asked the lady to clarify about one of the juices, she came across as quite rude in her response, and I wasn't sure what she was trying to explain. I then ordered a cold-pressed juice from the menu and asked whether it came with no ice and no added sugar. She replied in broken Chinese that all the juices have no added sugar. I later realized that she wasn't Chinese (although she looked Chinese) and seemed to have limited understanding of English as well. The juice tasted okay—naturally sweet without any added sugar—but the price was a little pricey compared to juice stalls in shopping malls.

Most fruits are good tasting , some fruits are discoloured. Service Staff (woman with short haircut) displayed horrible service. This is NOT the first time. Customers before me ordered via cashier. But she told me that she needed kiosk receipt to process my order, despite telling her I don't have receipt. I queued again. This time I told her that machine was spoilt, then she processed my order 🤦‍♂️ Another service staff (guessing race is Filipino), whenever I order from her, she is polite and friendly, she told me that I can also pay to the counter. I hope you will handle this issue promptly. Do encourage your staff to be polite and reasonable to all customers.

It's going to be my new favorite beverage. Without ice, I ordered avocado pistachio. It was the most unusual flavor I've ever tasted! Will return again! 😍

I went to fruit shop around 11:30am on 17/04/2026z The staff who have short hair and I think she is Chinese she is so unfriendly and don’t even bother to take my order. This is not 1st time. Most of the time we have to wait for her to approach us. What kind of service is this…. Please teach her how to serve customers.

The lady working there with short hair had such a rude attitude, as if everyone owed her money. The apple tasted awful and I had to throw it away. Truly a waste of money
