Currently the best korean seafood I’ve tried. Very impressed by the variety of authentic korean dishes at a very reasonable price. We had the octopus, sashimi bibimbap and seafood pancake - really loved the generous portions and fresh seafood. The service staff were also very attentive even though it was full house on Saturday. Will definitely be back again to try the other dishes!
View on Googlethis place brought me back to the food streets of Seoul - the crab buffet ($39++/pax) was very well priced considering the amount of crabs each person ate (4). there were also other wonderful side dishes that accompanied the meal. it was satisfying with a great experience, being attended to by the responsive and friendly staff. will be back if i ever need another raw crab fix!
View on GoogleThe marinated crab buffet is real value for money. I ordered the one salmon sashimi and crab buffet. I love the kimchi here, its not the sour kind. Banchan also comes with the fish cakes in teokkboki, and the crabs go well with the fish roe rice
View on GoogleI went to Pohang Seafood & Butchery because I was in the mood for Korean raw crab, but I also wanted a bit more variety than just gejang. The crab and meat buffet was a good choice for that, and it made the meal feel more balanced. It was a nice option when I wanted something filling without sticking to only one thing.
View on GoogleWe tried the marinated crab and sashimi buffet here for $59 per person for 90mins( if not wrong it was 90mins), and it was quite not bad for the price we paid. The spread was solid, but the highlights were definitely the fresh sashimi and the marinated crab. The crab was fresh, flavorful, and not too salty—exactly how I like it. I also appreciated that it came with seaweed to wrap it in. The service was good, and the staff was attentive. The place is very spacious, so we didn’t feel cramped, and it was nice to see local Korean customers dining there too (always a good sign!). Would recommend if you’re in Pohang looking for a solid seafood buffet. If the place is not full, we are allowed to sit more than the buffet time to Chit chat as long we don’t order food after that. The place is closed at 10pm.
