We recently visited Village Curry and had a pleasant experience overall. Many visitors praise this place for its homely South Indian flavors and welcoming vibe — and it definitely lived up to that. We ordered the Appe Sweet and Sour, tea, and Rawa Kesari — all of which were yummy and well-prepared. The menu has a good mix of traditional dishes, and the flavors are comforting and tasty without being too heavy. Portions are decent and satisfying. What stood out the most was how friendly and nice the owner was — very warm and attentive, which made our visit even better. This place is a solid choice if you’re craving simple, flavorful South Indian food with a relaxed atmosphere — 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐. We went to Village Curry and the overall experience was quite good. The location is next door to the restaurant, and there are constant crowds from morning to night. It looks delicious. We Asians don’t know how to order Indian food. Fortunately, it has a food panda website, which takes screenshots of the food pictures we want to eat. Order with the boss, very delicious

I like to come here for a teh tarik or for a quick meal. Family own business, very kind and helpful. Food is good and affordable. Very nice owners. Very well located in the middle of Little India. Recommended close by many shops and food and flowers market.

Had three sides on an early Monday morning - Samosa, onion, and curry puff. All veggie and tasted great with only a small amount of spice. $4 for all three.

I understand that a West European tourist would be hesitant to eat here. But there is no reason to. Just order by pointing the things you like or tell your wishes to the man behind the counter. For under S$10 you get a great meal with paratha, rice, curry and more. There is a sink to wash your hands.
