SGD 1.20 for a cup of filter coffee that is moderately good with a sugar and caffeine kick, served in a glass cup like in dhabas/thattukadas in India, and drunk standing on the sidewalk. Sign me up. The pigeons were good company while I had my coffee at around 3pm. I wish this was near my workplace

Akka's tea at Madras Coffee House is THE BEST! She makes it with such love, strong and sweet.. plus perfectly frothy (ask for it!) 👌

Nice taste with a fantastic fragrance, a bit too sweet for me even ordering with no sugar though.( Not sure if it comes from natural sweetness or what!?) Despite this point, their masala tea is exceptionally good! Female staff accepting orders was friendly.
