I ordered mutton biryani. It was acceptable. I personally found the rice too dry, not fluffy as I like. Mutton was a bit on a smaller size. It was cooked well but I desire more flavor and spices. Soup was quite nice. The staff choose not to hand me changes, thus only one star for the service. There are other wonderful shops at Tekka Center.

I picked this spot to introduce Briyani to two mates from China, due to its status as a Michelin Guide Restaurant. The mutton briyani is flavourful, great fragrance and taste from the rice and gravy. Mutton tastes wonderful, but the meat to bone ratio is quite bad. Curry was warm and tasty. However, serving it on a styrofoam plate (and for some, using one-time utensils) makes the experience less enjoyable. The curry chicken from the chicken briyani is relatively alright, though the chicken breast can get a bit dry, as with many other places. Service was decent, guy at the front is receptive. Overall, not bad, but wouldn’t travel all the way across the city just for this. If you happen to find yourself at Tekka Centre, would still recommend.

Guided by the Michelin Bib Gourmand, I embarked on the quest to try this Briyani. This is, hands down, one of the best briyanis I've ever had. The rice was incredibly fragrant, and I loved how they buried the mutton piece right underneath it. The curry was fantastic, it blended perfectly when you drenched the rice with it. Unfortunately this hawker centre is not the most comfortable or clean one in Singapore so you have to bear with it., Parking is also notorious hard to find if you drive. Highly recommended!

I’m giving 5 wonderful stars for the friendly guy attending the stall and the good service happy vibes he gave. The mutton biryani was alright, not tempting that makes me want to come back for more in my opinion. The mutton was just nice, not very hard and that’s a good thing. Rice was alright. If i want to pay the friendly guy a visit again because he’s friendly then i would buy. Least had a full lunch.

Bought a packet of mutton Briyani takeaway. Added one piece of mutton. Total cost $13. Good thing the stall holder packed the curry and mutton separately, whilst one hard boiled egg, papadum and rice in another. This way the packet wouldn’t get soggy when we reached home. The amount of rice was huge! Briyani was pretty well cooked. Curry was delicious. However, the piece of mutton was too “bonely”, very little meat. Nevertheless, the meat was easy to eat, didn’t taste gamely. Overall, nice meal but a little costly.
