Everything was so smooth sailing. From bookings to check in and check out, we have peace of mind with the whole process. The Cradle Cat team were always updating us when we were overseas and they administered our cat’s inhaler and we are so appreciative of that. The hotel’s environment is calm quiet and peaceful. Miko's second boarding has been fantastic. He has enjoyed his 8 days of staycation and looking forward to playtime everyday. He is feeling relax and ate well and enjoyed his familiar window suite where he can look out to see cars and humans passing the street. He has gone into hiding when we arrived to pick him up for home. So, what do you think? This is the first time I have my cat board at Cradle Cat Hotel. The place is very clean and nice. The staffs are very professional and really care about their work. My cat is well taken care and just a short stay, he has already developed affection with the staffs. Daily updates, photos and videos were shared very timely. Their CCTV also works perfectly well that I can see my cat at anytime 24/7. I have to say my cat has enjoyed his staycation. Deeply appreciate Cradle Cat Hotel!

Snowy is a very shy, timid and occasionally defensive cat, so I was naturally worried about leaving her at a cat hotel. To my pleasant surprise, the team at Cradle Cat Hotel was incredibly patient, gentle and experienced with her. By the end of her 1 week stay, Snowy was even allowing the friendly staff to clean her eyes and face ( something that is usually quite a challenge even for me ). What impressed me most was that they didn't just care for her, they also took the time to share tips on how they managed to clean her face so effectively, which I found very helpful. Communication throughout the stay was excellent. I received daily updates via WhatsApp and they uploaded photos and videos daily to Google Drive, giving me great peace of mind while I was away. The pre admission process was smooth, hassle free and Snowy's stay appeared comfortable, stress free and well managed. This was a stark contrast to a previous experience I had with another cat hotel. As a lovely surprise, when I collected Snowy, I found a printed photo collage of her tucked into the bag that I had brought over with all her belongings. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch and it truly showed how much the team cares about the cats they look after. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about the cats in their charge and treats them with patience and love. I would not hesitate to board Snowy here again and highly recommend Cradle Cat Hotel to any cat owner looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their fur babies

I have never used a cat boarding service before but needed to board my cat due to unexpected travel. I found Cradle Cat Hotel online and immediately was drawn to their services offered (the pet taxi). The onboarding process was also very smooth and once you've booked your stay the staff was very responsive in getting everything taken care off smoothly. I appreciated the updates and photo and video updates of my cat. I absolutely will be using Cat Cradle Hotel again and I highly recommend it.

Cats Cradle were absolutely amazing. The whole onboarding process of fetching our little elderly cat from our home to the hotel was fuss free, everyday we got an update of how our cat is doing, the staffs also made sure that our cat was comfortable despite being abit shy the first few days.
