I had a great experience at Bendemeer Market & Food Centre! 🤩 The nasi lemak was truly delicious and satisfying. 😋 The service was efficient, though not exceptional. The atmosphere was adequate, with typical hawker center seating. 🥢 It’s a decent place for a quick meal. 🚶‍♀️

The Bendemeer hawker centre has a great variety of food, this review is for a particular stall - Yong Tau Fu. Selected 5 pieces and add noodles for laksa should be total of 80 cents x 5, add 60 cents, totalling $4.60. When I asked how much, owner was sneaky and eventually answered $5.40. When eating, I realised he has slipped another piece of brinjal in. Who can finish 2 pcs of chunky brinjal in a bowl?! To me dishonesty kills it. Don’t think I’m coming back.

Ambience is hawker centre so don’t expect aircond etc. But when we are here the weather is quite cooling so it’s okay. Food is good, drink is good. Queued about 30min for the prawn noodle, yes it’s good. The soy milk is good too. Curry puff also good. Will come again to also try the dimsum stall which is closed today.

Very vibrant atmosphere. Many stalls have long queues. The coffee stall provides great coffee. The Teochew kuey/carrot cakes are very tasty. Butust be prepared to wait.

First tried basil pork rice from this stall and it tasted good! Portion is really good for the price. Hope they continue to do well.
