Too sweet. Pearls not nice. Price similar to large chains like koi/chagee. Why so expensive for such a substandard product?

don’t like the pearl, it has this distinctive taste (slightly bitter too)… otherwise the drink is pretty okay can give it a try.. everyone has different taste bud..

had the hazelnut milk tea, both normal sweet and less sweet (less hazelnut syrup), and its either too sweet or not sweet enough
