House of Samosa is a small, simple café-style outlet that focuses mainly on samosas — and they have lots of interesting flavors! We tried a few on the spot and also took some away. They offer both sweet and savoury options, which makes it fun to mix and match. The samosas are definitely yummy — the Key Lime one stood out for me with its bright lime flavor and creamy filling. That said, the size is on the smaller side, and at around $4 per piece, it leans toward the pricey end. it’s actually nicer to enjoy the samosas right at the café. But Parking in the area is difficult, for unique flavors and a tasty treat, it’s worth a try. Will we come back again? Maybe. When round the corner & feeling rich 🫣

Such a fun and flavourful spot. Love the wide variety of samosas — from classic butter chicken to creative ones like chow mein and even apple crumble. The pastry is light and crispy, and nothing tasted oily. Staff were friendly, and everything felt freshly made. Will definitely be back to try more flavours.

Small, quaint cafe tucked alongside MacPherson Road. Unique concept with their own rendition of the usual samosas. Variety of fillings to choose from, samosas were fried fresh. Dining option available as well. Place was air-conditioned but there were uncleared tables even though the cafe was empty. Price of each samosa was on the steeper side but for something niche, I wouldn’t mind paying for it. For Muslim-diners, there’s a small musollah for your needs as well - something thoughtful from the owners.

Ordered delivery 3 weeks ago: Got my order delivered on time. Still hot and crispy upon arrival. We really enjoyed the creme brûlée ones. Today’s review: Happened to be near their store so decided to pop in. Ordered 3 samosas to go. Ate in the car and promptly went back into the store to try more flavours. Seriously delicious samosas with interesting fillings! Warm and sincere customer service from lady at the cashier. Reading corner for kids and even a prayer room on site.

There’s a saying that restaurants who focus on a few dishes tend to execute far better than the others. In this case, the Samosas here are absolutely delectable. This modern take on Samosa delivers that and more! Just as a tasting, I ordered the Curried Chicken, Butter Chicken and Paneer Samosas. While I was half expecting a curry puff-like taste, the Curried samosa was relatively sweet with carrots and a hint of greens mixed in. Surprisingly healthy, I think? The Butter Chicken samosa was great. It smelled super fragrant and heavy, and when I ate it, it’s like a flavor explosion. A well flavored, yet not too saucy chicken filling, paired with the airy and crisp shell, this is a must-try for your visit. While I have yet to try the Paneer Samosa, I have the full confidence that it’ll be equally tasty. Though it might be a little on the expensive side, these seem to be made fresh. Just one isn’t enough to fill you up, but they make up for it in variety, texture and flavor. Will be back to try more!
