I went with a group of colleagues as our plan was lunch at old Airport road end up market was closed for washing. I feel disgusting after I finish my meal and I witness this myself. 1st soup was diluted, meat not so tasty, the salted vegetables taste horrible too and totally tasted different and not as good as previous stall we have at Jalan Besar. After our meal, I'm shocked to see the stall helper digging his nose and worst is after doing that he didn't wash his hand! Less then 5min, he went to smoke 🚬 at the walk way and came back to the stall didn't wash the hand and proceed back to cook for the customer who ordered. Omg! Never in my life, I will go back again! This is super disgusting and horrible unhygienic! Hopefully, SFA can visit and access the stall! I seldom give such review and would said this is the 1st time I see such thing! Regret having meal there!

Didn't expect it to be so bad compared to my last visit prior to covid lockdown. Pig trotters and the ingredients in the soup are tough and dry. Soup taste is average. Pig intestine not up to standard. The peanut is nice. Chilli sauce is the only saving grace. Didn't bother to take any photo.

Despite the vendor's notably brusque demeanor, this stall earns its reputation through impeccably cleaned pig organ soup. The offal—whether liver, intestine, or stomach—arrives without a trace of that gamey aftertaste that plagues lesser versions, a testament to rigorous washing that borders on artisanal. Where they falter is portion control: servings lean modest, making the automatic inclusion of meatballs and three-layered pork feel like filler rather than value. Truthfully, I’d prefer an organs-only option to savor their star ingredient undiluted. Come prepared for old-school transaction rules—cash is king here, with digital payments firmly off the menu.

Pig organ soup ($5.50) has quite a bit of ingredients, but the only organ is liver, coupled with lean pork, pork belly, pork ball and tofu. No intestines, stomach or any other organs. Additional order of salted vegetables was tasteless. Can ask for additional soup re-fill, which is a plus.

Flavourful soup. Generous portion given, definitely value for $$$. Braised pork knuckle, which is deboned. But the order taker, attitude needs improvement. Impatient for simple customise order “less rice and no additional small vege in soup”. Raised voice to customers. Deserve 5 stars.... unfortunately, due to the bad attitude order taker.... 2 stars removed.
